The apartment on ground floor – just like the apartment on the first floor – has three two-person bedrooms and two bathrooms with large bathroom furniture, rain shower and a toilet each. One bathroom has a large bathroom cabinet, the other bathroom is equipped with a custom sink. Two bedrooms have French doors to the balcony, and one bedroom is situated at the front of the building and has two large windows. The natural stone floor throughout the entire apartment gives each room its own character, is easy to clean and feels cool to the touch even in summer.
There is a spacious seating area, a large 6-person dining table, WiFi, Internet radio, smart TV and a large, sunny balcony. Especially at night, it’s lovely to spend hours with some wine and food out on the balcony.

This apartment has a wheelchair accessible kitchen. There are no lower cabinets, so that any wheelchair can fit under the kitchen unit.
One bathroom is completely accessible and wheelchair friendly. The door has been replaced by a sliding door, the toilet is equipped with grab bars, a special sink has been installed with adjustable mirror and the shower has a wall mounted folding shower seat with grab bars. A height adjustable shower chair is available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with sliding doors, a closet with sliding door and sufficient room to manoeuvre the wheelchair. Full Electric Homecare Bed. The entire apartment is curbless and barrier-free.
